I’m Antony, a qualified massage therapist holding Diplomas in Massage Therapy (Levels 5 & 6). I specialize in working with athletes, managing migraines, and alleviating back pain, providing targeted care for the Rolleston and Selwyn District communities. As a registered member of MANZ, a Level 2 First Aid Certificate holder, and a Southern Cross Easy-Claim provider, I combine expertise and professionalism to help you achieve optimal wellness and performance.

My Story
Antony, a proud Kiwi with a passion for wellness and recovery, discovered his talent for massage therapy early in life. His journey began when friends and family turned to him for relief after sports games or during moments of tension. Despite the challenges of living with deafness (supported by cochlear implants) and legal blindness, Antony’s heightened sense of touch has become his greatest asset, enabling him to deliver precise and effective care.

Having personally overcome significant back and shoulder injuries, Antony understands the intricacies of rehabilitation and recovery firsthand. His experiences have shaped his practice, allowing him to create tailored treatments that address the unique needs of each client.

Today, Antony holds Level 5 and Level 6 Diplomas in Massage Therapy, specializing in therapeutic and sports massage. His focus is on helping athletes, managing migraines, and relieving back pain through evidence-based techniques and personalized care.

Outside the massage room, Antony channels his energy into his athletic pursuits, whether riding a longboard, snowboarding, or training toward his fitness goals. His dedication to movement and recovery mirrors his commitment to helping clients achieve their best.
